Cindy Martinez, Owner - Cindy was a cheerleader throughout her education years, including a member of the St. Mary's University Cheerleading Squad. She has 15 years experience in Human Resources Management and hold a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from St. Mary's University, as well as a M.A. in Sociology from Southwest Texas State University. Currently, Cindy is a tenured faculty member at San Antonio College where she has taught for 10 years in the field of Marriage and Family and Sociology.

Mike Martinez, Manager - Mike graduated in 2005 from Central Catholic High School. He was involved in the journalism department and served as a section leader for three years in the Central Catholic Band. Mike assists with our After School and Summer Programs. Mike currently attends UTSA, for a degree in Public Relations. He has been with Cheer-riffic since 2002. |

Kim Wong, Gym Director - Kim brings over 23 years of expertise to our Gym. He dounded the first All-star team in San Antonio, in 1989. Currently serves as a judge internaitonally, he as judged all ages and levels, Junior High and High School try-outs, and also judges for American Cheerpower. He is the former owner of the San Antonio Jets. Kim has spoken at many Cheer Coaches conferences. Kim has been with Cheer-riffic since 2006.

Brent Wash, All-Star Director - COA Staff, COA and NCA certified. Brent has been with Cheer-riffic since 2004. He has over eight years of professional coaching and choreography experience. Brent currently trains multiple All-Star teams as well as School teams. As a coach Brent has won numerous choreography awards and national titles. Brent was also a member of the Spurs Coyote Crew from 2005 - 2007. Brent is also a member of the Silver Stars Star Squad.

Amber Maddox, All Star Director - Amber is a former Level 10 gymnast, and a former All-Star cheerleader with the San Antonio Jets as well as Cheer-riffic. As a coach Amber has won numerous Choreography Awards and National Titles. Amber is credited with coaching the first World Championship Cheerleading Squad in San Antonio. Amber has been with Cheer-riffic since 2006.

Aaron Castillo, All-Star Coach- Aaron coaches our Youth and Junior Level 1 teams, as well as assists in coaching other All-Star and High School teams at Cheer-riffic. Aaron also works with our After School and Summer Fun Programs. Aaron is a former O'Connor High School cheerleader and cheered for the San Antonio Jets as well as Cheer-riffic. Aaron has been with Cheer-riffic since 2006.

Ava Kanozik, Kindergym Director/Coach - Ava has been a kindergym instructor for eight years. Ava is also safety, CPR, and GAT certified. Ava has been with Cheer-riffic since 2002.

Natalie Sosa, Assistant Coach- Natalie assists with our after school and summer fun prgrams. She also teaches cheer classes as well as being a former Rebels cheerleader.

Josh Caudillo, Assistant Coach- Josh has been in All-Star Cheer for over 10 years. He has individual award for best tumbling pass and best male cheerleader. He has a specialty in dancing and basket tosses.
